Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
Louise has worked in mental health for over 12years. She is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, fully accredited by the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies. She has worked for the NHS since 2014, offering therapy to adults with mental health difficulties like depression and anxiety.
Louise has a particular interest in perinatal mental health and has a lot of experience supporting women and families with the challenges of pregnancy and becoming parents. Louise also has a keen interest in trauma and has worked extensively with those suffering from PTSD from traumatic events including childbirth.
Louise is very passionate about psychology and mental health and finds supporting others very fulfilling. As a mum herself Louise enjoys spending time with her family, particularly in the outdoors, reading, watching films and travelling to new places.
