Thank you for undergoing mole mapping at our clinic. To ensure accurate monitoring and maintain your skin health, please follow these aftercare instructions:

1. Post-Examination:

• Keep track of any moles or skin changes and report them to your dermatologist.

2. Sun Protection:

• Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily to protect your skin.
• Wear protective clothing and avoid excessive sun exposure.
  

3. Self-Examination:

• Regularly check your skin for any changes in moles, such as size, shape, colour, or texture.
• Use the images from your mole mapping session as a reference.

4. Hydration:

• Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.

5. Follow-Up:

•  Schedule annual mole mapping appointments or as recommended by your dermatologist.
