Evidence-based psychological therapy supporting mental health and wellbeing through structured sessions in a comfortable, confidential environment.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based talking therapy that helps you understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. Our qualified therapists work with you in a safe, confidential environment to develop practical strategies for managing mental health challenges. CBT is recommended by the NHS and NICE guidelines for various conditions including anxiety and depression. Treatment outcomes vary between individuals.
