Sports Massage Therapist

With a passion for fitness and movement, my journey into the world of healthcare began in 2019 when I started working as a personal trainer. As someone who has always valued physical wellbeing, I experienced first-hand the challenges of injury after sustaining a shoulder issue. Seeking relief, I turned to an osteopath, and that pivotal moment not only eased my pain but reshaped my career aspirations. Inspired by the transformative impact of manual therapy, I decided to pursue a path aligned with helping others recover and perform at their best.
In 2022, I embarked on my career as a Sports Massage Therapist, where I specialise in helping clients overcome musculoskeletal discomfort and improve their overall functionality. Whether addressing persistent tension, aiding recovery from injury, or enhancing physical performance, I am committed to providing tailored, effective care. My particular expertise lies in working on key areas prone to stress and strain, including the neck, shoulders, quads, and calves. These muscle groups play an integral role in daily activities and athletic performance, and restoring optimal function is at the forefront of my practice.
Furthering my skills and knowledge, I am currently an Integrated Master’s student at The London School of Osteopathy. This programme enriches my understanding of the body’s mechanics and deepens my ability to deliver holistic, evidence-based therapies. By combining my academic training with hands-on experience, I aim to empower patients to move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.
I believe that every client’s journey is unique, and I approach each treatment with care, respect, and an unwavering focus on individual goals. Whether you’re looking to relieve pain, prevent injuries, or optimise performance, I am dedicated to helping you reach your full physical potential. Together, we can pave the way to a healthier, more active life.
The treatments will consist of sports and deep tissue massage. Depending on the patient’s needs, assisted stretching and trigger point work can be utilised.
