Lead Acupuncturist & Sports Massage Therapist

Kate has been practising as an Acupuncturist and Remedial Massage Therapist for 27 years since she qualified from the internationally renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. She provides Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCM), Five Element Acupuncture and Trigger Point acupuncture.
Throughout her career Kate has used her knowledge and skills to treat many different conditions. She believes that health is the result of the body being balanced and recognises that not all individuals require the same treatment, therefore adapting her approach to meet the needs of her clients to achieve optimal results. Although an effective treatment on its own acupuncture can also be combined with massage to enhance the treatment effects of musculoskeletal conditions. Kate has wide experience of treating such conditions this way.
Kate has a passion for helping people, whether it be through her work or for family and friends. She loves walking her dog, reading, and spending time with her family.
After full consultation including pulse and tongue diagnosis, if appropriate, treatment will include acupuncture points, trigger points, moxibustion and massage if needed
