MSc Ost Med
Associate Osteopath

Noel qualified in Osteopathy in 2006 and has been treating patients in busy practices since then.
His approach to getting you better is focused treatment on the cause of pain, addressing any underlying issues which may be maintaining your problem, and agreeing a treatment plan which will get you back to doing the things that you love. He also gives advice to follow, to maximise the benefits from treatment in between appointments.
He uses a wide range of treatment approaches including soft tissue manipulation, specific segmental spinal adjustments, medical dry needling, rehabilitation Pilates and cranial osteopathic treatment. He has great success helping frozen shoulder, headaches, neck and back pain and can adjust his treatment to help both young and old, active or inactive.
Outside of clinic Noel enjoys martial arts, keeping fit, motorhome adventures and walking the family dog.
I use manual therapy techniques to help patients regain movement and reduce pain, with particular focus on sports injuries and joint problems.
