PERSONAL AND CLINICAL INFORMATION
As an established healthcare practice we take holding and protecting your information very seriously. It is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality. The information we collect is held and stored in two separate formats – cloud-based and paper.
Our cloud-based diary and appointment management program (Cliniko) is responsible for storing and processing the clinic’s patient information. In order for the clinic to perform its duties of care to the best of our ability it is important that you consent to the storage of your data.
You will have the Right to Access every piece of personal information that the clinic has stored, on Cliniko, about you in an easy-to-read format. If this is something that you ever require then please contact our Data Protection Officer, Alison Meads.
In order for us to perform the duty of care that you entrust us with, it is imperative that we obtain specific pieces of information about you during your initial visit to the clinic. This information is used to identify, protect and treat you in accordance with our governing bodies.
