Sports Massage Therapist

James is a former member of the British Army with 10 years military experience as a Physical Training instructor (PTI).

His specific areas of expertise are Strength and Conditioning (S&C) and functional movement – He has a level 4 qualification in strength and conditioning and also experience in training elite sportsmen (rugby and MMA) to achieve their maximum potential.

James specialises in Deep Tissue Massage, personal training  and rehabilitation programs. He is happy to work with all skill levels –  from athletes to everyday gym goers.

His hobbies include crossfit, Olympic weight lifting and plyometrics.

As a Graduate Sports Rehabilitation (GSR) from St Mary’s University James focussed on ensuring that patients achieve better functional mobility through the construction of tailor made rehabilitation programs. He also aims to provide focussed patient education on causes of injury and how to prevent them.
