We are thrilled to announce the launch of our highly anticipated Stretch Classes, starting on 2nd October at 12.45pm. This invigorating class will be held every week for six weeks, and we would love for you to be a part of it.

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey towards enhanced flexibility, improved posture, and increased overall well-being? Our Stretch Class is designed to help you achieve just that! Led by our experienced instructor and sports massage therapist, Mike, this class will guide you through a series of dynamic stretches and exercises that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and revitalised.

Time: 12.45pm – 1.45pm
Duration: Every week for six weeks
Location: b2 Gerrards Cross Clinic, Gerrards Cross Memorial Centre, SL9 7AD

Drop-in Rate: £10 per class
